TURTLE’S EGGS BEACHFRONT SITE USAGE AGREEMENT

1. IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE
   This Site Usage Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Turtle’s Eggs Beachfront website, accessible at turtleseggsbeachfront.com (referred to as the “Site”). By accessing, viewing, or utilizing the Site, you agree to the terms and conditions below on behalf of yourself and any third party you represent (“you”). If you disagree with these terms, immediately cease using the Site. Turtle’s Eggs Beachfront reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without notice, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.
2. ELIGIBILITY

VII. DISCLAIMERS

VIII. INDEMNIFICATION

2. JURISDICTION
   The laws of the State of Florida shall govern this Agreement. Any legal actions or proceedings arising from using the Site must be brought in a state or federal court in Florida. By using the Site, you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
3. TERMINATION
   Turtle’s Eggs Beachfront reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, you must cease use of the Site and destroy all downloaded materials.

XII. DIGITAL SIGNATURE PROVISIONS
By using the Site, you agree that your use constitutes an electronic signature, as defined by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). This electronic signature has the same legal force as a written signature.

XIII. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS
In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Turtle’s Eggs Beachfront will respond to valid claims of copyright infringement. If you believe that content on the Site infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written notice to the designated agent at:

XIV. MISCELLANEOUS
